These guys gave me some great free support - "salesman" Philip climbed under my trailer with me in his work clothes and showed me how to manually move my slide out in and out. My husband and I just purchased a new 2021 Highland ridge 5th wheel from Discover RV and couldn't be more happy with our experience! Jose was an absolute gem and made our buying experience one of the best ones yet! We have been looking for a new trailer for almost a year, and have walked into about 20 different trailer lots throughout Northern California. The moment we met Jose my husband and I both could instantly tell we were in the right place! He showed us multiple floor plans and actually listened to what we were looking for!!! SHOCKER!!! Nicest people. Did great job on rv. Knew problem right away. Took rv to 2 other places gave money but never fixed fridge. Should be against law to take money and not fix or even know whats wrong. These guys know what they are doing. Plug in back bedroom had burnt. Didn't see or smell myself. These guys knew was $15 part rest was labor which is high but no higher than any other rv repair shop. At least my fridge works now. Thanks and lady's answering phone are sweet an polite. They know there jobs too which most places not at all. Ugly disposition and rude. These ladies came outside looked at rv. Thank you to ALL STAFF T DISCOVERY RV SALES AND REPAIR.

Encountered a problem with one of our slides ( wouldn’t retract completely) after leaving Bakersfield. Tried several large repair facilities but was told they were booked for months. We purchased a travel trailer several months ago and the experience was very good over all. Phil was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was never pushy and everything about the transaction was smooth. We have had to come back a couple times since for parts or upgrades and the transactions were smooth then too. Tiffany (our sales person) was so patient and helpful. We love our KZ connect travel trailer. Super quick at getting all the prep work done (backup camera, hitch, and brake controller. My husband and I have talked about buying a travel trailer for years and have visited many different sites to find one. Today, we brought home our very first travel trailer that we purchased from Discover RV. We found their prices to be some of the best that we had seen, our salesperson Jim was very nice, he let us take our time to find the right trailer, answered all of our questions and there was no pressure to buy. My wife and I purchased a new AR One 18fb Extreme from Discover RV one week ago. This was our first RV purchase and we could not be happier with the trailer or the experience. Philip walked us through the process without a hitch. Philip found the trailer we were looking for at the factory and had it shipped to the dealership without a charge. He merged our trailer with another shipment to get it to Lodi. Awesome! At the time we could not find this trailer near by. If we would have shipped a trailer from another dealer to California the coast would have been beyond what we would have been willing to pay. Before our purchase was made Philip spent time answering all of our questions. When I drove to pick up the trailer everything was set up and waiting for me. I didn’t have to wait around at all. I felt like I was the most important person there. The walk through and brake control installation went smooth. They even brought a service employee in on the weekend to do the brake control installation.
My wife and I are green when it comes to RVs so one could imagine we are full of questions. Weather we email or phone Philip with questions he gets back to us fast and treats us more like friends than customers. Thank you Philip and Discover RV! - Brian

My wife and I just purchased a toy hauler from Discovery. We found the trailer we wanted at Discovery and at the time we were in the middle of re-financing our house. Dan and his crew were so understanding of our situation and held the unit for 2 weeks on only our deposit while my wife and I finished our re-fi. Thank you again the everyone at Discovery! Our shopping experience was very pleasant with no high pressure salesman chasing you around the lot. Met with Phil on our entrance to the lot who told us to ask if we had questions and left us to browse, after we were getting to the end of the inventory Phil showed back up and ask how we were doing at which time we had questions which he greatfuly answed while trying to find out what our need were. We told Phil we had a few more we wanted to look at before making a commitment he understood and welcomed us back. After checking the inventory at a few more dealerships and heading back towards Lodi I called Phil and asked him if he could bring the Coach that we were interested in over to the main lot for further inspection and a test drive as they are in the process ov developing more land for their inventory. After our test drive my Wife staye in the Coach as Phil and I hammered out our deal. Thanks again Phillip and Jason for the plesent buying experience. Looking forward to picking up our Coach on Thursday after some agreed upon minor repairs. - Dennis
Dealing with sales people is not my favorite thing to do but Don Wendell at Discovery RV in Lodi was not acting like a sales person but like a person who could and did answer all my questions even as I thought of them after I left their lot and even to this day 3 weeks later if your looking for a used or new R.V. I strongly suggest you to go talk to Don absolutely NO PRESURE he a great guy. - Ray
